Your next chapter isn’t behind you…
it’s on the other side of the comfort zone you keep tiptoeing around.
And today, I didn’t just take a step—
I shattered the wall and you CAN too.
Because growth requires courage,
and courage is born the moment comfort ends.
Here’s the part more women need to hear:
We all have walls.
The walls of:
• “I should stay where it’s safe.”
• “What will people think?”
• “I’m too old / too late / too busy.”
• “I’ve never done this before.”
Those walls feel real…
but they’re just stories, habits, or old identities pretending to protect you.
And here’s the beautiful truth:
✨ Every woman has the ability to break through.
✨ Every season offers a new wall to shatter.
✨ Every breakthrough begins with one brave choice.
So how do you actually do it?
1. Name the Wall
You can’t break through what you keep avoiding.
Ask yourself:
What’s the fear, belief, or story that’s been holding me back?
Write it. Speak it. Acknowledging it weakens its power.
2. Take the Smallest Bold Action
Walls don’t fall from wishing — they fall from movement.
Choose one tiny step that feels uncomfortable but exciting:
• Make the phone call
- Enroll in the class
• Send the email
• Ask for the meeting
• Say yes (or finally say no)
Small bold steps create massive momentum.
3. Borrow Courage From Your Faith
When your strength feels shaky, lean into what’s bigger than you.
Pray on it.
Ask for clarity, peace, boldness.
Sometimes the wall doesn’t move until we invite God into the demolition.
4. Surround Yourself With Brave Women
No one breaks through alone.
When you’re surrounded by women who are growing, glowing, risking, trying, and evolving —
your courage rises naturally.
Community accelerates breakthroughs.
5. Celebrate the Crack Before the Collapse
Most women quit because the wall doesn’t fall instantly.
But the first crack? That’s the victory.
That’s the proof you’re stronger than the story that kept you stuck.
6. Step Through Without Apology
When the wall finally breaks, don’t look back with guilt.
Walk through with intention.
Own your new identity.
Say it out loud:
“This is who I am now.”
The Invitation
Here’s to every woman ready to punch through her “I can’t”
and stride boldly into her “Watch me.” ✨
Shatter your walls.
Honor your courage.
Step into the life that’s been waiting on the other side. I’m Here cheering you ON!
