Truth Bomb for Coaches, C -suite leaders, and entrepreneurs

If it takes you more than two days to recover…
If you’re crawling back into bed, drained, wondering why you ever said yes again
Then Girl,  it’s not alignment—it’s performance fatigue.

Events should energize your business, not suffocate your soul.

Why this Blog exists , As an entrepreneur, a woman who’s proudly held the title of CEO, and someone who has built multiple multi-million dollar businesses—this blog is personal.

After 47 years as a transformational leader, I’ve seen it all.
But what continues to break my heart—and fuel my fire—is watching brilliant women try to do everything… and lose themselves in the process.

They’re juggling clients, teams, families, expectations, and dreams—often without the clarity, strategy, or support they deserve.

So here some truth facts !!

✨ Not every visionary needs to be an event planner.
✨ Just because it looks like a success on Instagram doesn’t mean it’s sustainable in your body or business.
✨ You can still create massive impact without a stage, swag bag, or three-day agenda.

Ask yourself:

  • Does this model fit the lifestyle I truly want?
  • Am I building a business… or burning out with bells and whistles?

Sometimes, less sparkle = more sustainability.

Permission granted to do it your way.
And if that means a cozy Zoom circle ( like the unspoken womens circle) over a luxury retreat? That’s still powerfully enough.

Just Because You Can Doesn’t Mean You Should

Let me say this with love (and a little sass):
I LOVE events. Give me a fabulous room full of women, music in the background, beautifully curated details, and a purpose-driven vibe—and I come alive.
Event planning is my playground. It energizes me, it inspires me, and it brings my mission to life in technicolor.

But guess what?

That doesn’t mean it’s for everyone.

We’re in a season where it seems like everyone is hosting summits, retreats, VIP days, and immersive weekends. And while that’s beautiful when it’s aligned, it can become exhausting (and expensive!) when it’s just a mimic of someone else’s model.

💥 Not everyone is built for events.
💥 Just like I’m not built for back-to-back one-on-one coaching sessions. I’ve tried it. It drains me. It’s not my zone of joy.
💥 Your business should fit YOU—not force you to wear someone else’s shoes and call it success.

Here’s a little pulse check:

  • Do you light up while planning the experience, or feel a pit in your stomach every time you open the budget spreadsheet?
  • Are you building momentum… or building burnout?
  • Do you want to impact people, or are you trying to keep up with platforms?

**If it takes you longer than two days to recover physically, emotionally, and mentally from hosting**you may need to rethink the structure.
Just because you see it done often, doesn’t mean it’s what’s right for you.

I suggest looking at choosing a business model that honors your energy, celebrates your strengths, and supports your real life—not your highlight reel.

If you’re feeling the nudge to grow—but not sure what direction to go in—this might be the perfect season to seek out a business coach.
Not to do more, but to do what matters.
The right coach won’t push you into hustle overload—they’ll help you get focused, clear, and aligned with what’s actually right for you.

Because success doesn’t come from adding more to your plate…
It comes from knowing what to keep, what to toss, and what to elevate with intention.

Because real success?
It doesn’t leave you exhausted. It expands you.
